Editor-in-Chief/Co-Editors-in-Chief
The Editor-in-Chief and the publisher work together to define the journal's scope and focus, ensuring that the content published represents important findings within the research field. The Editor-in-Chief selects articles that are deemed suitable for the journal’s standards and research areas to undergo peer review.

Company Support Team
The following support team from GMLT assists the Editor-in-Chief and editorial board team:
Academic Editors: Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the journal’s pre-publication work, including manuscript screening, journal strategy, journal performance, appointment and dismissal of editors, financial matters, and publication ethics.
